Amasia was founded in Vietnam, by people from Vietnam. The company has been designing private journeys across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar for more than twenty years. The knowledge behind that work comes from the inside.
Amasia was started in 2004 by people who had spent years on the ground as tour guides and tour leaders. Binh Thang and the founding team had led journeys across the region before they became operators. That experience is where the knowledge comes from.
The company began with private journeys in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Myanmar and Thailand came later, as the network of people and knowledge grew deep enough to do those countries properly. The portfolio has grown over twenty years, but the approach has stayed the same: every journey is built around a conversation, not a catalogue.
The people who design your journeys are the people you will speak with. Below is the team.
